LifeSciences BC is a not-for-profit, non-government, industry association that supports and represents the life sciences community of British Columbia through leadership, facilitation of investment and partnering, advocacy, and promotion of our world-class science and industry. With hundreds of members throughout the province, it is challenging to effectively communicate with them. Deploying video as a way of increasing email engagement has been well-established. When LSBC needed to acquire up-to-date information from its members, this simple, personalized video message introduced the survey’s objective and the importance of member participation.
